How does Sales Master 360 Training help individual/independent salespeople?

The Sales Master 360 Program was designed to help individual salespeople. It works equally well for independent or individual salespeople. The objectives of the program are to build a strong foundation of attitudes and associated behaviors that every salesperson needs. We then provide sales specific training for high trust and high transaction selling.

 
How does the system work for my sales team?

Once you have purchased a license for the number of salespeople you want to take the course, we will set up your company on the system. We will set access for your administrator. The administrator will have both documentation and video instructions on how to provide access to all those who will be taking the course. It take about 2 minutes to set up a new student.

 
How do people learn to use the system?

How do I arrange access for my salespeople?

The administrator will be responsible for establishing access for each user at that location. Each will get a system assigned user name and password. Our system will monitor the total number of users within a site for compliance with the number of permitted users.

What are your recommendations for participants?

We recommend that the salesperson watch one lesson and take the associated test. They should then spend the next 2 business days practicing what they learned before returning for training on the third day.

 
How do I add or delete participants?

Your site administrator can add or delete users within the number permitted by your user license.

 
How does the testing work?

At the end of every chapter in a course, there will be an online written test. When the salesperson passes the test, they are allowed to move on to the next chapter. If they fail the test, they will be given a short recap video to watch and then they can take the test again. If they fail a second time they will have to start the chapter over from the beginning. The system tracks and reports on status and performance and will keep you informed of your progress. You location administrator sets the minimum acceptable score for passing the test.

 
How long do I have access to the training system?

Individuals have access to the complete training system for 12 months (from their start date). Corporate users have access on a month-to-month basis.

 
How do I get copies of the training course working guide?

You may download the guide on each course while taking your Sales Master 360 sales training.

 
How do I contact customer support?

You can call our support team during normal business hours on our toll free number. These hours and phone number are listed on the Contact Us Page. You can go there by clicking on "Contact Us" located in the Navigation Bar above. You may also use the Click-to-Call feature, which is listed on the same Contact Us page.

 
What are the customer support hours of operation?

You can reach the customer support team between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 CST during normal business day on our toll free number listed on the Contact Us page.

 
How does the Click-to-Call feature work?

This feature allows you to enter you phone number and have someone from Zoom Sales Training to call you back at that number. If you use this feature during the day, then you should receive a call in a few minutes. If you use this feature after Zoom customer service hours, then please leave a voice mail and someone with contact you the next business day.

How does the Lightpad communication system work?

Think of Lightpad as a private communication network just for those taking the course and their coach(s). It works like a mini-email system and allows people taking the course to interact with their sales coach(s). This helps insure that no matter where or when a participant is taking the course, they will always be able to communicate with their team members when needed.

 
What options do I have to pay for training?

Individuals and companies can pay by credit card or, if you are a company we can send you an electronic invoice (via email). Electronic invoices can be paid using an electronic check (ACH) or credit card directly from the invoice (while in your inbox) or you may want to send a paper check.

 
How do I cancel a Corporate Monthly Plan?

You will need to call customer support or send an email to Support@ZoomSalestraining.com with Cancel in the subject line.

 
Does Zoom Sales Training offer a payment plan?

Yes. In fact, both the Individual and Corporate plans are based upon a monthly fee. Please visit the BUY NOW tab located at the top of this page or click the Start Now here.

 
Is there a minimum amount or term for each plan?

Yes, each plan has a four (4) month minimum term. The Individual Plan allows for unlimited user access during the first 12 months and the Corporate Plan allows for unlimited access, provided the account is in good standing.

 
How does the guarantee work?

If you or your salespeople use the system for at least 2 weeks and are not satisfied, contact us at Support@ZoomSalesTraining.com and we will cancel your participation and return all the money you have paid. This guarantee is good for the first 30 calendar days after activation.
